از قبیل مفاصا حساب های عوارض و نوسازی؛ اخذ پایان کار و استعلامیه ثبتی و تجدید آن ها و سایر اوراق و مدارک مورد نیاز شهرداری و دارایی و اداره ثبت اسناد رسمی و مجتمع های قضائی و انتظامی و شوراها و سایر دوایر و سازمان های دولتی و ارگان ها و نهادهای انقلابی
To clear the tax and rehabilitation charges; obtain the construction completion certificate and statement of the estate registration bureau; extend or renew any or all of these or other documents required by the municipality, finance department, state registration of deeds, notaries, legal tribunals, disciplinary forces, city counsels or other state and revolutionary organizations;
و سپردن تعهدات و امضا ذیل آن ها و هر اقدامی که در رابطه با پلاک مرقوم باشد و به گواهی امضا رسانیدن آن ها در دفاتر اسناد رسمی و تقاضای انشعابات آب؛ برق؛ و گاز و تلفن و نصب و دایر نمودن آن ها در ملک مرقوم و انجام کلیه امورات اداری مربوطه در شرکت های ذیربط
To pledge and sign any instruments related to the above plate or any activities therein, to certify the signatures at public notaries; to apply for water, electricity, gas, telephone and to install and run any or all of these utilities at the above address; to process all official matters with the related companies;

To partially or entirely convey or transfer, lease, mortgage, secure in trust, exchange or sell the land or building/superstructure of the aforesaid property with all the appurtenances and fixtures appertaining thereto including utilities and a telephone line, the number of which shall be stated by the attorney after meeting all legal requirements and removing any possible barriers, in conformity with the existing regulations of the state, to any real or legal entity including himself/herself with or without any or all of the above documents as discerned by the attorney and as provided by law in exchange of or by accepting any prices, official terms or conditions set forth;
و اخذ اوراق و مدارک و حضور در هر یک از دفاتر اسناد رسمی و امضا ذیل اوراق و اسناد و دفاتر مربوطه در ارتباط با وکالت با حق اخذ وجه و ایصال آن به موکل در قبال رسید کتبی و اسقاط کافه خیارات و غنبات و سپردن تعهد و التزام و تحویل دادن مورد معامله به خریدار
To obtain the related documents, to appear in notaries for signing dossiers on the power of attorney and subsequently to receive the money that is to be directed to the client in return for a receipt; to drop all the liabilities and abilities appertaining thereto; to guarantee, necessitate and hand over the object of transaction to the/purchaser/buyer/while fully committed to the obligations;
و اخذ مال الاجاره و اجرت المثل از مستاجرین و فسخ و تمدید و تجدید اسناد اجاری و انعقاد هر نوع قرارداد تحت عقود اسلامی با بانک ها در قبال رهن و وثیقه پلاک مذکور به هر میزان و با هر قید ن شرط و تعهد و قبول کلیه شرایط متداوله بانک ها
To collect the rent from the tenants; to nullify, extend, or renew the lease agreements; to sign contracts with banks as per the islamic regulations in order to hypothecate the said plate under whatever terms or conditions he/she deems appropriate or as set forth by the banks' current terms;
و ابتیاع سهم الشرکه بانک و یا ضامن هر نوع سندی تفویض وکالت به بانک جهت فروش مورد وثیقه و اجرای شرایط مندرج در اسناد تنظیمی با سلب حق عزل و ضم وکیل
To purchase the bank share through any legal means possible, to irrevocably authorize the bank to sell the mortgaged property(on his/her behalf)as per the provisions of the draft/contract;
و افتتاح حساب به منظور استفاده از تسهیلات اعطائی بانک ها و برداشت و پرداخت از حساب های مفتوحه
To open accounts to benefit from bank facilities and to subsequently deposit into and cash from them;
و فک رهن[ملک] و سایر تشریفات متداوله به نحوی که جهت مورد وکالت در هیچ مورد و مقامی نیازی به حضور موکل نباشد
To release [the same property] from mortgage liabilities or meet other formal requirements/formalities in person or by proxy in such a manner that the (original) client's presence shall not/be necessary/prove superflouous.
حدود اختیارات وکیل مرقوم جهت انجام مورد وکالت از طرف موکل با حق توکیل غیر ولو کرارا و مع الواسطه کلا و جزئا بوده و [در مورد ملک]دارای کلیه اختیارات تامه مطلقه غیر محدود می باشد
The authorities hereby vested upon the attorney to act on behalf of, and represent, the client are absolute, and by no means revocable irrespective of the frequency, means, or the portion used.
حضور و امضا و اقدام وکیل در مراحل فوق به منزله حضور و امضا و اقدام موکل محسوب نافذ و معتبر است
The presence and signature of the fornamed attorney in any or all of the foregoing matters shall be considered final and effective just as the presence and signature of the client himself/herself.
مفاد این وکالتنامه فقط در داخل وکالت موثر است و موکل ضمن عقد خارج لازم حق عزل وکیل را از تاریخ ذیل لغایت بیست سال از خود سلب و ساقط نمود
The provisions set forth in this instrument shall be effective solely for the aforesaid domicile and the client, through a seperate binding contract, waives his/her right to revoke the instrument for a period of twenty complete khorshidi years starting from this date of....

تذکر: تبصره 3 ماده 34 قانون اصلاح قانون ثبت در کلیه اسناد رسمی محل اقامتگاه متعاملین بطور وضوح در سند قید شود
Remarks : note 3, article 34 of the registration reformation act : in all legal instruments, the domiciles of the parties are to be stated clearly.
اقامتگاه متعاملین همان است که در سند قید شده و مادام که تغییر اقامتگاه خود را بطور صحیح و ذکر محل اقامت اعم از خانه؛ مهمان خانه و یا غیره که بتوان اجرائیه را به آنجا ابلاغ کرد قبل از صدور اجرائیه و ابلاغ به اجرا به دفترخانه اطلاع ندهند کلیه اخطاریه های اجرایی به محلی که در سند قید شده ابلاغ می شود و متعهد نمی تواند به عذر عدم اطلاع متعذر گردد
Domiciles are those that appear on the instrument and which all warnings and writs shall be dispatched to unless the notary is informed of a change prior to the issuance and execution of any of the foregoing documents. The parties shall not plead ignorance or lack of knowledge as excuse.
دفاتر اسناد رسمی مکلفند بعد از صدور اجرائیه مراتب را به آخرین متعهد از طریق پست سفارشی اطلاع دهند و برگ اجرائیه را به ضمیمه قبض پست جهت ابلاغ اجرائیه و عملیات اجرائی به ثبت محل ارسال دارند
For the purpose of delivery, notaries shall by first class mail correspond to the latest addresses of the parties upon issuance of any writ of execution and shall send over all the warnings and writs attached thereto together with the postage bill.
اگر محل اقامت متعهد در سند قید نشده و یا از جهاتی احراز محل اقامت میسر نباشد ثبت محل می بایست موضوع اجرائیه را بطور اختصار در یکی از جراید کثیرالانتشار محل چاپ کند
Where the parties' domiciles are unknown/not mentioned in the document, or their whereabouts are unknown for other reasons, a précis of the writ may once be published in one of the highly circulated periodicals in the neighborhood.
