Hold out on => to not tell someone about something important

بخاطر هوای بد مجبور شدیم پیک نیک رو موکول کنیم به یه تاریخ دیگه

Hold off =>to delay doing something until a later time = put off

After a hard day's work, I like to "kick back" and watch TV.

kick back = relax
